Rules:
1. Level up in Telegram through messaging with community members (your intial level will be subtracted from your level at the campaign end)

2. No spamming

3. No leveling up by using Emojis only and Stickers

4. Individuals will have to connect and build positive relationships with community members and/or send useful info

5. Complete the gleam
