The SG-43 was a Soviet medium machine gun that was brought in during the second World War. Belt fed and chambered in 7.62x54mmR, this machine gun was mounted on wheels with a front armor plate to provide protection while being used. It featured a dense, air cooled barrel; making this an incredibly heavy firearm and mounting system.
