By entering this giveaway (the "Sweepstakes"), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of SureFire LLC (the "Sponsor"), which are final and binding in all respects.

1. SPONSOR

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by SureFire LLC, located at 18300 Mt. Baldy Circle, Fountain Valley, CA 92708, USA.

The Sweepstakes is hosted on the KingSumo platform; however, KingSumo is not affiliated with SureFire LLC beyond providing the giveaway platform.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 21 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of SureFire LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, distributors, merchants involved with this Sweepstakes, and their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, and siblings) or those residing in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

3. SWEEPSTAKES TIMELINE

The Sweepstakes begins on April 21, 2025 and ends on May 2, 2025 ("Entry Period"). All entries must be received by 11:59 PM PST on the final day of the Entry Period.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, participants must follow the onscreen instructions via the KingSumo platform to complete and submit the entry form ("Primary Entry"). KingSumo’s separate rules can be found here: KingSumo

Additional entries may be earned by referring friends ("Additional Entry") through the KingSumo referral system. The referred individual must enter the Sweepstakes for the referring participant to receive an additional entry.

Limit: One entry per person, plus any additional referral entries. Use of bots, automated systems, or multiple accounts to enter is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.

5. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV)

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted for cash or any other product. If the listed prize is unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

A winner will be randomly selected using a third-party selection tool on or about May 6, 2025. The selected winner will be notified via the email provided at entry and must confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 days of notification.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days, declines the prize, or does not meet eligibility requirements, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless SureFire LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and KingSumo from any claims, liability, or damages related to:

Participation in the Sweepstakes
Technical failures, unauthorized access, or any disruptions that impact entry
Prize acceptance, possession, use, or misuse

SureFire LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the prize, and is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damages related to participation.

8. PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes and in accordance with SureFire’s Privacy Policy.

SureFire LLC does not control or manage how KingSumo collects or processes entrant data. Participants should review KingSumo’s platform policies separately before entering.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates the rules.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if technical issues or fraud affect the integrity of the contest.
Any attempt to disrupt or tamper with the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil law and will be prosecuted.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW

This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising out of this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without class action, and exclusively in the courts located in Orange County, California.
