(the "Giveaway”) from “December 09th to December 23rd 2022” (“Closing Date”).
GALAX reserves the right to change the campaign period at any time.
This giveaway is open to Continental USA ONLY aged 18 years and over. Proof of age, identity, and eligibility may be requested. No warranty on prizes. 12 random units will be given away. One prize awarded per winner. Multiple entries are voided.

The Prizes:

Winners’ selection will be by random drawing by GALAX, whose decisions on the drawing of the winner, and on all other matters relating to the Giveaway, are final. Winners must provide a full name, address, phone, and email and have completed all required tasks to enter and win giveaway.
GALAX reserves the right to terminate any promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond GALAX’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion as determined by GALAX in its sole discretion.
Participants will be disqualified if they violated these terms and conditions.
All Participants and Prize Winners agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.
Winner Selection:
Winner announcement will be made by or before December 27th 2022 on GALAX US facebook fan page and winners will be contacted via email.
GALAX will not be responsible if prize winner fail to provide valid information for delivering the prize.
A computer designated by GALAX will be the official clock of the Giveaway.
The prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash or other alternative.
Prizes will be delivered by USPS or FEDEX. Galax is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Others:
GALAX shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or web site, inability to submit the online entry form, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this giveaway, or for late, lost, stolen, postage due, illegible or misdirected entries.
If this giveaway or any website associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or otherwise does not permit entry in the giveaway, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in GALAX’s sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of this contest, GALAX reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this sweepstakes or any portion thereof.
