THE KINGS PRIZES CARNIVAL IS INTENDED FOR VIEWING IN THE U.S. ONLY AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY UNITED STATES LAW. VOID OUTSIDE OF THE U.S. AND VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

• KINGS' Prize Carnival begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on November 21, 2024, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on December 26, 2024(“KINGS Prize Carnival Period”)
• Open to legal residents of the U.S., aged 18 and above.
• KINGS' Prize Carnival refers to 10 pcs of LA Kings Home Game Tickets, 10 pcs of DREO Heater Solaris Slim H2 and 2 pcs of DREO Black Friday Full Rebates.

• The sponsor will determine the LA Kings game date at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Sponsor will determine seating assignments at the Game, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, and are subject to availability and change. The game date is subject to change or cancellation. Transportation, accommodations, meals, gratuities, and all other expenses not specified herein are the prize winner’s responsibility.
• DREO heater products will be shipped to winners free of charge.
• Black Friday Full Rebates apply to purchases made on http://DREO.com during the promotional period [November 11th at 00:00 PT - December 5th at 23:59 PT]. Full refunds will be processed 30 days after product delivery.
• Employees of DREO, LA Kings, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• DREO reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these terms and conditions.
