This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Reddit, or any other social media platform used to promote or administer the giveaway.

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in giveaways in their place of residence.

Employees of ROSELESA or Sigmund Todd, their immediate family members, and members of their households are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

Participation is additionally restricted by the geographic exclusions listed below.

3. How to Enter

Participants may enter through the official giveaway entry page hosted through SweepWidget.

Participants may earn additional entries by completing the actions listed on the giveaway page.

Each action will clearly display the number of points it is worth.

The proposed entry actions are:

- Follow Sigmund Todd — 5 points

- Follow ROSELESA — 5 points

- Repost the giveaway post — 3 points

- Like the giveaway post — 1 point

- Like ROSELESA's Red Dot post — 1 point

The maximum number of points available through the listed actions is 15 points per participant.

4. Entry Verification

Some entries may be manually verified by Sigmund Todd.

Participants must only claim points for actions they have actually completed.

The administrator reserves the right to reject or remove entries that cannot be reasonably verified or that appear fraudulent, duplicated, automated, or otherwise intended to manipulate the giveaway.

Creating or using multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining additional entries is prohibited.

The administrator may request additional information or proof when necessary to verify an entry.

5. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

Each point represents one entry into the drawing.

For example, a participant with 15 verified points will have 15 entries in the drawing, while a participant with 5 verified points will have 5 entries.

The winner will therefore be selected based on the total number of verified eligible entries associated with each participant.

The administrator's determination regarding eligibility, verification, and winner selection is final.

6. Winner Notification

The selected winner will be contacted using the information provided during entry.

The winner will have 7 days to respond.

If the winner fails to respond within 7 days, cannot verify eligibility, or is otherwise disqualified, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Prize

The prize is provided by ROSELESA.

The prize has no cash alternative unless otherwise specified by the sponsor.

The prize is non-transferable.

8. Giveaway Period

Start Date: Friday, date decided by Jessy

End Date: 10 DAYS AFTER START

Entries received after the stated closing time will not be eligible.

10. General Conditions

Sigmund Todd and ROSELESA reserve the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the giveaway if circumstances outside their reasonable control make doing so necessary.

Any attempt to interfere with the fair operation of the giveaway, including fraudulent entries, automated entries, multiple-account manipulation, or other attempts to improperly increase a participant's entries, may result in disqualification.

11. Privacy

Information collected from participants will be used for the purposes of administering the giveaway, verifying entries, contacting the winner, and fulfilling the prize.

Participant information will not be sold to third parties by Sigmund Todd.
