I reside in what I affectionately refer to as “middle-of-nowhere” Kentucky. Just ask people who live twenty minutes away—they’ve never heard of the town where I live either. We do have a John Deere dealership but little else. That’s okay though—in good weather I can sit by an open window and listen to the music of birds, crickets, and frogs with only an occasional interruption from a passing vehicle.

My debut novel, Secondary Target, released in May 2024 and is a Parable Group bestseller! Pre-publication, it also won the 2019 ACFW Genesis award and placed in the 2019 Daphne du Maurier inspirational category. Book two of The Secrets of Kincaid series is scheduled for a summer 2025 release, so keep an eye out! Outside of fiction writing, I’m an editor and copywriter. And in my spare time (yes, I still have a wee bit of that . . . sometimes), I enjoy reading, gardening, and experimenting in the kitchen.
