About Hal Donaldson
Hal Donaldson is the leader of Convoy of Hope, a nonprofit that leads humanitarian initiatives across the United States and around the world.
When he was 12, Hal’s parents were involved in a car accident that instantly killed his father, a pastor, and seriously injured his mother. The compassion Hal received while the family tried to make ends meet led to his founding Convoy of Hope to help others.
The author of more than 30 books, Hal holds degrees in journalism and biblical studies.
