What Are the Chandelier Games?

The Ultimate Football-Themed Competition

The Chandelier Games are a live, football-themed competition taking place on September 23.

The Top 100 participants from the Chandelier Challenge leaderboard will be divided into 20 teams of five to compete head-to-head in three elimination challenges.

One team will be crowned the Chandelier Games Champion and receive an unforgettable Ole Miss away-game experience, including travel, VIP game tickets, and more.

Hosted by a legendary Ole Miss alum, the event will also feature music, food, giveaways, and plenty of football-themed fun for competitors and spectators alike.

You do not need to qualify as a competitor to attend. All Ole Miss students may RSVP for General Admission to watch the competition and enjoy the event.

Advance registration is required for General Admission. Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Through September 16, students can earn points by engaging with Chandelier throughout Oxford. Each completed action earns points and helps participants climb the leaderboard.

Your goal is simple: Finish in the Top 100.

When the leaderboard closes on September 16, the Top 100 participants will qualify to compete in the Chandelier Games on September 23.

Sign up for the Chandelier Challenge with your Ole Miss email. It takes about 30 seconds.

Earn points.

Complete eligible activities, attend events, visit partner locations, and take on challenges throughout Oxford.

Make the Top 100.

When the leaderboard closes September 16, the Top 100 advance to the Chandelier Games.

Do I need to RSVP to attend the Chandelier Games?

Yes. Everyone attending the Chandelier Games must RSVP through the event registration page. General Admission is free, but space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I attend if I don’t qualify as a competitor?

Absolutely. Eligible students may register for General Admission and attend as spectators, even if they do not participate in the Challenge or finish in the Top 100.

How do I become a competitor?

Join the Chandelier Challenge, complete eligible activities, earn points, and finish in the Top 100 on the final leaderboard by September 16.

What is the difference between the Top 100 and the Top 150?

The Top 100 participants qualify to compete in the Chandelier Games. Participants who finish in the Top 150 receive an invitation to the Chandelier Clubhouse VIP Experience.

Can I still earn points?

Yes. Points may be earned through eligible Challenge activities until qualification closes on September 16.

Where can I see my points?

Select “My Points” below to view your completed activities and current point total.

Where can I see my ranking?

Select “Leaders” below to view your standing in the Chandelier Challenge.

What happens if I finish in the Top 100?

You’ll receive an official invitation with instructions for competitor registration, event check-in, and access to the designated competitor area.

When will competitors be notified?

Qualified competitors will be contacted after the leaderboard closes on September 16. Additional details will be sent to the email address provided during registration.

Is there a cost to attend?

No. General Admission to the Chandelier Games is free, but advance registration is required.
