Sunshine State 250 Showdown

The Sunshine State 250 Showdown is your Post's chance to make this Independence Day unforgettable. Plan your own community event or join forces with existing local events and make them even more impactful in celebration of America's 250th birthday. Give people a reason to say their local American Legion Post made it the best Fourth of July they ever experienced. Participating Posts will also have access to 1 Nation-hosted veteran volunteer drives that create real opportunities to grow membership and deepen community partnerships. Registration is open through June 22 and final results submissions are due July 10, with winners announced August 28 at the National Convention.
